My experience in finance started with joining Barclays Bank Plc in 1977 in the North East of England. I have since worked in various locations throughout the UK and I am now based in East Anglia.
After some 27 years with Barclays, 15 of these as a Corporate Manager/Relationship Director, I determined that I could provide a far better service for clients working outside the Bank. My skills and experience picked up over those decades could then be used to find the best providers to meet the financial and business needs of my clients.

I believe it is extremely important to work with clients to structure the best framework for a deal before seeking the finance. Having seen most scenarios played out during my time in banking it is clear to me that the structure and language of a presentation to a lender is of considerable importance. A well presented proposition ensures the client gets the best deal available.
